The president and founder, Doug Mac Lain (photo right), worked as an electrical lineman for twenty years. From his experience and ingenuity came the most innovative lineman tool since the lineman pliers, the FuseBuddy, US Patent pending. Dan Winter (photo center), VP of Engineering, and Paul Mac Lain (photo left), VP of Sales, each bring over 25 years experience in manufacturing, engineering and management to the organization. Their skills make certain that problems have solutions, not consequences.
